Please be aware of our policy

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. As well, depending on your service your sauna has been preheating for over an hour and blocked off from other appointments for sanitizing afterwards. This legitimately costs us money and wastes electricity.  Our massage therapist and our esthetician travel in for their appointments.  They have families, work as freelancers and are not paid hourly to be here anyways. Please understand that these are the reasons we request 24hrs to make any changes to your appointment times.

For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:

​

• You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

​

• Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

​

• If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).

​

• Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

​​

• To ensure a full experience, please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are welcome to check in early and browse our plant store neighbour shop but please understand that we might not be free to unlock the door for you if you arrive early and we are in the middle of setting up another client.

• Late arrivals will be welcomed and rushed in, but depending on appointments following yours, we might need to shorten the duration of your session.  We are not out to make a hard time for anyone and staff will always get creative to help you not lose any session time as best as we can.

• Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
