Due to covid changes and to keep our sessions the lowest cost in NYC we do no operate with a receptionist--all bookings are made via our booking software, Boulevard

Our attendant on shift puts all of their focus on sanitizing and assisting our guests in person, so phone and email responses are not always possible in a timely manner, but you can always make changes to your appointment online and you can leave us an email and we will do our best to get back to you within 1 day
