CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
Yes! It's actually our requested method for everyone to book online via our booking software Mindbody.

Please note in the next week or so we will be switching over from using Mindbody to a new software called Boulevard. All of your info and appts will be transferred over. The only change for our clientele will be a new cleaner look & if you choose, a new app on your phone (you can skip adding the app & simply visit the website if you choose)
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your sauna session. Due to covid the city has limited our ability to have a waiting room. If you're early please feel free to enjoy a lovely organic iced tea or any of our drinks for purchase--we also neighbor a lovely plant store you can browse while you wait!

Why all the recent changes in length and pricing?
Right at the beginning of covid we tried an experiment based off of what us staff love to do...take 70 min sessions instead of 60. We figured Covid was a great time to experiment while things were slowed down.
However, the change proved difficult because it turns out that all of the programs in the awesome Sunlighten saunas are max 60 mins in length and aren't meant to be extended. We gave the 70 min sessions a whirl, but the customer feedback was strong that 60 mins is preferred. The ease of the specific programs & not having to hit the 40 and then the 30 min button in the middle of the session and messing with the vibes is more important that the extra 10mins. We always give an extra 10 mins for changing and settling in anyways so you'll still be receiving the FULL 60 min sessions inside of the cabin.
Another adjustment that Covid had slammed upon us was the lowering of all of prices b/c we had to stop including towels at the height of the pandemic. So we lowered all of our prices to make up for the fact that towels were no longer included. As the city rules have evolved we are now allowed to offer them again, but instead of raising prices back up we have decided to leave it optional to serve various budgets & comfort levels. This often makes us look like we are sneaking in an extra charge, but please know our requirements for sanitizing are much higher and more costly now than before & our prices are lower. The reason for the choice is to support someone who might want to pack their own towels & save.
