Holding deep stretches for longer periods of time, we will focus on progressive relaxation and awareness of the entire body. Erica is a yoga teacher and mental health professional dedicated to using the tools of both practices as complementary techniques to ground ourselves in the present moment. By approaching our minds and our bodies with true compassion we can strengthen our bodies while softening the mind.
Gwen is an Integrative Psychotherapist, specializing in Integrated Health. She has a decade of experience working with children, teens, adults and groups – both as a therapist and teaching artist. Gwen is passionate about bridging the worlds of physical and mental health, utilizing yoga as a vessel to develop and practice this awareness.
